Spread over a Built-up area of about 83650 sq.ft with three production lines that can manufacture aseptic /terminally sterilized product vials, ampoules, PFS products & multi-dose solutions, suspension, and emulsion.We have the Design in compliance with international regulatory guidelines, supported by state-of-the-art Quality Control and F& D capabilities and the art aseptic processing technology.Amnosn LifeSciences Pvt. Ltd. manufacturing facilities cGMP certified cleanroom in modular design.
Compatible with chemicals used for cleanroom cleaning and sanitizing.High-pressure scratch-resistant with flush mounting of all covings and accessories. All utilities are through concealed SS pendants.No drain points in the Grade B area. Dedicated line Man and material separate entry and exit..
Manufacturing Facility Lalru
- Construction started in March 2021, at Lalru (Punjab ), India .
- Project has been completed in April 2024.
- Design in compliance with international regulatory guidelines, equipped with state of the art aseptic processing technology.
- Built up area of about 83650 sq.ft with three production lines that can manufacture aseptic/ terminally sterilized product vial, ampoule , PFS products and multi-dose solutions, suspension and emulsion.
- Annual capacity of glass vial 13.21 Million.
- Annual capacity of lyo vials 4.2 Million.
- Annual capacity of Ampoule 127 Million.
- Future Annual capacity of PFS or Plastic three pcs vial 18.25 Million.
- Total annual capacity of the plant 162.66 Million units.
Manufacturing Facility Design
- The facility consists of 1 Liquid Ampoule line, 1 Liquid Vial Line and 1 Lyophilizer.
- CIP & SIP integrated Facility as per ASME BPE standard.
- Jacketed manufacturing tanks with bottom mounted magnetic stirrer, High shear.
- mixer, flushed bottom valves, all tanks on load cells.
- SS -316L ASME BPE certified process piping with internal finish <0.5 Micron orbital
welded.
- Extended LAF up to door opening for all critical operations.
- Dedicated area for disinfectant preparation and filtration for grade B area.
- Dedicated line wise Man and material separate entry and exit.
- Dedicated line-wise AHU’s, Autoclaves etc. Door interlocking arrangement with
biometric control.
